SaLuSa - Dear Ones, ready yourselves for the changes and know that any inconvenience will only be short lived. It will differ from one area to another, and one country to another, but overall you should get through the difficult times. It is sensible to cover yourselves against a temporary shortage of food and other essentials, but you do not need to panic as we and our allies are planning for all contingencies.

My ability to help you change your lives is through the recognition that forgiveness for your self and others is the foundation for inner peace. This is the only way to build a better life and to create the changes needed to raise your vibration.
Understanding this is paramount. Meaning overcoming this emotion with love will generate a reaction that comes back to you again and again. Believe that forgiveness has the power to empower you towards giving your full attention to attracting all that is good.
I have asked for your forgiveness and now I am asking you to forgive yourself as well. Broaden your horizon and focus upon the good in everything. Let go and send blessings instead. Trust me when I say, I can guide you toward a better life style when your heart is filled with love.
My promise is that you will feel better about yourself as you let go and accept others for their differences, no matter who they are and what it is. By nurturing your thoughts each moment with a desire to forgive, love and be loved, you will build a better tomorrow for yourself and everyone around you. You are on a spiritual path that is expanding and changing as you awaken to your full potential.
Sananda - Preparing for change begins with yourself, as this is the building block and foundation to how you create your world. As you create with your thoughts and choices, it reflects your way of caring. Attitudes and decisions are based on whether you feel good about yourself or not; expressed through your actions.
You each are born into this world with love in your heart that is eternal; discard self judgment through forgiveness, for this light opens your heart to see beyond yourself. Change begins with you and no one else; this way you are choosing your own path and setting an example of receiving the light.
By opening your heart up to the light of higher consciousness, you open yourself up to a higher frequency. This united feeling will usher in the love and Goodness of the Divine. Forgiveness creates peace. Peace allows the love and light to shine within you so you can give love to everyone around you.
This is part of the unity. The unity of Love. The oneness of God.
Sananda - Remain focused on how to achieve peace, while the world around you is going in a different direction. The distractions are only signs of a planet that is changing due to the higher energies that affect everyone, and everything. This peace is the knowing that you are protected. Inner peace attracts outer peace, no matter what your situation is. Live by this rule and you will be surrounded by light.
This light is the energy that you will ascend with. Practice surrounding yourself with Light. It is a two way energy that becomes powerful as you recognize it. This expanded light grows as you are aware that it is a unified vibration that you are becoming one with. Harmony then arises from feeling empowered and engaged with the light from loving thoughts, feelings and emotions.
Sananda - Continue to be present with your thoughts while your daily activities make demands of your time and attention. Prefer peace with any situation and balance your emotions with the intent of being grateful will always keep you in the now, for this is where you can hear your loving guides. There are many ways to reach a higher level of mastering self awareness.
Learn to respond to situations that bless with kindness and you will be surprised with the outcome. By choosing peace you expand the love that creates the light that is expanding inside you.
Use the Law of Attraction in how to think, feel, and say meaningful words and actions that uplift others and raises their consciousness to match yours; as you receive what you give; that is why a smile is so powerful. This magnetism is part of how you can raise your energy level and generate light. The Law of Attraction is quite simple, and what your thoughts are constantly focused upon is attracted to you.
The Earth is splitting into two different dimensional vibrations; those who are ready to ascend, (who have sought out the love of God in their hearts and then applied those higher principles of service and joy towards the higher development and services of others) and people who have not awakened yet, must fill their hearts with love that comes from forgiveness. Ask for guidance, you must seek to find. Quiet your mind to hear and receive, by listening and staying present. With the changing world around you, your salvation is within you.
The love you hold for yourself, for others and the Divine, is the Golden Key. Fear is the enemy. Fear is the ego who keeps your thoughts in the past and future. Surrender and release the sins and your mistakes, for they feed the ego. Forgive yourself and forgive anyone who puts your thoughts into a negative emotion, for the ego is self-serving. Your salvation is loving prayer from the heart with an Attitude of Gratitude.
Sananda - Already you understand that world conflict will only lead to greater destruction of the planet, resulting in a breakdown of all integrated systems that keep the global economy balanced and thriving. The media has an obligation to the world, to report and cover all dialogs and stories that bring a united effort for a peaceful solution. With the technology of cell phone cameras and videos, we see that the global reaction and attitude is that of compassion and peace for a response to such violence. I am hopeful that you will not react to violence with more violence. You need to refrain from this and seek out another form of change.
It is important that you remain at a peaceful level during these months ahead. Your spiritual awareness is far more powerful than you can imagine and right now this is what the planet needs. Change will happen around the world as the truth unfolds and you begin to see more evidence of our presence. SaLuSa – Unconditional Love
There is within each one of you a desire to love and be loved; yet not everyone can express that in terms of freely giving of themselves. The energy of love is powerful and can work miracles, and costs you nothing to share with others.
When it is given without seeking reward, and with no conditions you are well on the way to being able to give unconditional love.
With the ever-increasing upliftment of the vibrations you will naturally attract higher energy to yourself, and it will become much easier to hold the love vibration.
Love is really all you should be concerned about, and the more you can create together the quicker you will progress to Ascension. As has often been stated, Love is the glue of the Universe, Love is God, Love is the Creator.
Divine Guidance
Let us sit by the still waters.
Let us feel the earth.
Let us know the fragrance of love.
Let us be the embodiment of all that is good.
Awakened meaning: being the embodiment of all that is good; using the Law of Attraction for positive, grateful, loving thoughts and helping others as you would yourself to create a higher vibration for Ascension.
SaLuSa, it is only fear or lack of faith that prevents more people from awakening to the importance of the times that you are in. Sometimes it is a lack of belief in the existence of the Creator, and because people cannot see the order and creative powers that is behind everything that exists. If you are looking for a God that has a human appearance you will not find one, as at the level God exists all is pure Light.
Concerns about your children:
SaLuSa - We know that with Ascension approaching some parents express concern about their children, and that is understandable. Let us explain that they are as every other soul at this time, following their life plan. They chose who to be with and they would have known about their future as well as yours. Look upon them as souls simply becoming acclimatised to Earth life, with as much potential if not more than yours.
There is in reality no need to worry about any other soul whether they be young or old, and about their place in Ascension. All of you came to Earth knowing fully well what the challenges would be, and what your karmic lessons would entail. You are all fully equipped to deal with your life plan, and you have a number of Guides who help ensure it all works out successfully for you.
Even some souls adventures with the dark energies would have been known beforehand, and that is also a karmic situation. Experience comes very hard at times, but that is how you learn and progress spiritually. If in this life time you have erred, recognize your mistakes and forgive yourself and you can still step on the path to Ascension. Put mistakes behind you, and be sure that given the same circumstances you would not make them again… April 20, 2012
